Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in SAP ABAP development. Conduct code reviews and performance optimization to enhance application efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other systems. Experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. Hands-on experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs. Additional Information: This is a Client Site Role on Deputation & Project location is Singrauli (Madhya Pradesh) The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
