Educational Qualification :15 years full time education Lead and manage end-to-end performance testing engagements for web, mobile, APIs, and enterprise applications. Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and performance SLAs. Design performance test strategies, plans, and scenarios for load, stress, soak, and scalability testing. Guide the team in scripting, execution, result analysis, and bottleneck identification using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, etc. Drive root cause analysis for performance issues using APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, etc. Provide detailed performance reports and tuning recommendations across application, infrastructure, and database layers. Manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and resource planning for performance projects. Mentor and coach junior team members, conduct technical reviews, and promote performance engineering best practices. Contribute to internal accelerators, framework development, and reusable asset creation for performance testing. Stay current with emerging trends and tools in performance testing and observability.Preferred
Qualifications:Certifications in performance testing or APM tools. Experience in chaos engineering, synthetic monitoring, or real-user monitoring is a plus. Exposure to cloud-native performance testing (e.g., k6, Taurus, Artillery). Experience in benchmarking cloud platforms and infrastructure Qualification
