Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, facilitate meetings to drive progress, and provide guidance to team members. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of best practices in application development, ensuring that the solutions are efficient and effective. Your role will also require you to stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Ansible on Microsoft Azure, Python (Programming Language), GitLab CI/CD.- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.- Experience with application lifecycle management tools.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
