Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationResponsibilities:We are looking for a Sitefinity Expert. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and guiding the team to ensure performance and delivery.Work with CI/CD pipelines and manage Sitefinity deployment processes.Troubleshoot complex Sitefinity issues and provide scalable, long-term solutions.Define and own the Sitefinity architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability across all environments and components.Lead the technical design of web solutions, aligning architecture with business goals and future platform evolution.Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and integrations to enhance the platform ecosystem.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.Conduct technical reviews of solutions, proposals, and code to maintain architectural integrityContinuously upskill the team with Sitefinity capabilities and best practices.Document technical specifications and implementation details to ensure continuity of knowledge.Develop innovative web-based applications that enhance the user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content aligns with client requirements.Apply web development best practices to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and product decisions.Provide actionable solutions to challenges within the immediate team and across the broader organization.Proactively identify potential issues and deliver solution-focused recommendations. HERES WHAT YOULL NEEDMinimum of bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceAgile certification is a mustExperience with agile methodology, user story production, and sprints.English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our America Market. Expert proficiency in Sitefinity, as the Content Management Systems (CMS) is required. Proficiency in .NET Development skills.Advanced level of proficiency in Web & Server-based Platforms Solutions is recommended.Design & Build Enablement, Storyboards & Wireframes, and Web Standards skills are suggested at an advanced proficiency level.
