Must have skills : SAP FI CO Finance Good to have skills : NAMinimum 18 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with effective communication, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.- Continuously assess and improve application processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.- Experience with application design and configuration in SAP environments.- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
