Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Oracle Business Process Management Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :Kyriba Assessment SpecialistAs an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Lead the application design and development process.- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Process Management.- Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization.- Experience in leading application development projects.- Knowledge of Oracle BPMN and BPEL.- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle BPM solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Business Process Management.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
