Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience, while mentoring team members to foster their professional growth and development. Roles & Responsibilities:Understanding of Salesforce products - Knowledge and Service Cloud, Salesforce messaging api and Omni channel flow, live chatGood to understand integrations with Telephony, Virtual Assistance (Azure), L-AppAbility to take requirement and translate to solutionExpertise in APEX, LWC, Admin configuration, flow creation, understanding of flowsManage service enabling technology solutions (Knowledge management / Core Customer/ Core Service/ Document management) within Reward and Wellbeing Solutions teamMaintain health and operational integrity of solutionsBuild positive relationships with vendors, Technology, PC&C, and O&A colleaguesOversee a portfolio of global specific solutions for Knowledge Management Ensure compliance with regulatory data privacy and digital security requirementsManage a prioritised backlog of changes, focusing on maintenance and fixesResearch and resolve process and technical problems, recommend solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders, especially the O&A teams, and TechnologyPlan, cost, and implement continuous improvements to solutionsDevelop and implement plans for design, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of changesPlan and execute substantial aspects of change projects, act as product ownerFacilitate design sessions, lead configuration, coordinate testing, and execute cutoverEvaluate, communicate, and coordinate functional and technical impacts of decisionsMaintain all operational and technical documentationSupport bp as a thought-leader in relevant technology through external networking and tech landscape analysis. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.- Experience with integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
