Must have skills : Project Program & Portfolio Governance Good to have skills : Agile Program Management Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 Yrs of full time education Summary :As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring effective project program and portfolio governance. Your typical day will involve leading Agile program management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of effective project program and portfolio governance strategies. Facilitate Agile program management, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including business owners, product owners, and development teams. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong expertise in project program and portfolio governance. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Agile program management. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Experience in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in project program and portfolio governance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
