Application Engineer/Technical Sales Engineer

As a sales individual at JK Files & Engineering Ltd, you will be responsible for growing the Industrial/B2B business in the assigned territory for Drills, Files, Hand tools & Power tools. Your role will involve direct communication with dealers on policy and marketing initiatives, handling dealer and end customer complaint management, driving secondary sales from targeted CT customers, and conducting product trials at 15 locations every month. Key Responsibilities: - Grow Industrial/B2B business in the assigned territory for Drills, Files, Hand tools & Power tools - Communicate with dealers on policy and marketing initiatives along with the Product Manager - Manage dealer and end customer complaint handling with the Product Manager - Drive secondary sales from targeted CT customers - Conduct product trials at 15 locations every month Qualification Required: - 0 to 3 years of experience - Diploma or B.E Mechanical qualification - Basic sales and marketing, distribution knowledge - Attitude to handle customers - Understanding of basic financial workings on pricing, discounting, and schemes - Excellent analytical skills to decipher logical conclusions from available data such as Sales Trends, Competition, Pricing, etc. - Two-wheeler is mandatory As part of the perks and benefits, you will enjoy Medical Benefits, Provident Fund, and Mobile Reimbursement.
