Application Engineers - Inside Sales Support

As a Sales Support Executive at James Walker Inmarco, a leading company in the fluid sealing industry, your role will involve supporting blue chip customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, fertilizer, and other process industries. Located in Mumbai, the company offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with the following qualifications: - Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical engineering/Science Graduates - Fresh or 1-year experience in Sales Support, preferably in an engineering company - Understanding of customers" enquiry, drawing, and specification - Good writing skills - Well-organized with an aptitude for learning and a zeal to excel - Knowledge in auto-CAD (preferred) - Proficiency in advanced excel, vlookup, hlookup, and Pivot Table Key Responsibilities: - Calculate product prices, prepare quotations, and submit through the ERP system - Address customers" queries effectively - Communicate with customers and the Marketing team You will report to your line manager and provide crucial support in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
