Job Description

Position: Application Engineer Experience: 4 to 8 years Job Location: Bangalore Core Competencies: Experience in Application Engineering in Control valves is essential, preferably knowledge of Globe Control valves, Segment Ball valves, V-port Ball valves, TMBV, Butterfly valves. Valve Sizing and selection Job Summary (Areas of Responsibility) Review, interpret and process the enquiries. Register the enquiries in CRM - Collect all the details from sales that are necessary. Review, evaluate and clarify customer enquiries and technical specifications. Perform valve sizing & selection and actuator sizing and accessories selection. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the information that is needed to provide the technical solution/custom solution that fit for the customer requirement. Assist customer and/ or representatives on all questions concerning our product specifications. Provide Applications Engineering support to all Global sister companies Submitting the Technical offers/TQs on time to customer. Work closely with customers on issues related to application, design, manufacturing, and quality of products in an effort to reach a prompt resolution.
