Application Engineer Graphics

The primary responsibility for this role is leading Building Management System global projects graphics development according to customer/account specific standards from the India office. You will collaborate closely with the team lead on graphics development, handling first level escalations. It is essential to follow processes diligently, maintain quality standards, and ensure on-time deliveries to guarantee customer satisfaction. You will independently execute projects throughout their lifecycle. This includes reviewing MEP drawings to identify HVAC equipment and sensors, reviewing control specifications for graphics requirements and operation sequences, generating initial review sheets and RFIs, designing graphics templates and symbol libraries based on regional needs, ensuring quality assurance, and delivering defect-free graphics packages on time. Adherence to all processes and guidelines is crucial to project execution within the specified timeline. The ideal candidate will have a BE degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication. Knowledge of HVAC systems such as Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary & Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, various types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems, etc., is required. Familiarity with BMS architecture and different types of Operator workstations, as well as basic AutoCAD knowledge, is essential. Experience in Industrial Automation (SCADA/HMI screens development) would be advantageous. Being a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, proficient in written and verbal communication, and demonstrating good leadership skills are necessary qualities for this role. Preferred qualifications include 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Building Automation Industry, BMS Design Engineering, or Industrial Automation Graphics generation, SCADA/HMI application development.,
