Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide solutions using gear motors from various manufacturers.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering) to resolve customer issues and improve product knowledge.
Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing timely assistance.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of products based on customer requirements.
