Application Engineer - Discrete Event Simulation

As a Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Creation and execution of material flow simulation process models using discrete event simulation methodology. - Creation of new and modification of existing simulation models in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. - Validation of simulation models. - Elaboration and evaluation of scenarios for optimization of KPIs. - Communication with team and customers during project execution. - Documentation of project data and results. You should possess the following skills: - Hands-on experience with Plant simulation, Flexsim, Automod, Anylogic. - Exposure towards Discrete Event Simulation methodology. - Learning Mindset. - Excellent communication skills & presentation skills. - Understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts. - Object-Oriented Programming skills & Comfortable with writing logics. - Strong analytical mindset & Problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of statistics. - Experience with any data visualization tools like Power BI will be an advantage. Qualifications Required: - Btech/BE in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Please note: The work location for this position is in Pune/Bangalore.,
