Job Description

As an Application DevOps Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the A2A RS product portfolio. You will work as part of a team to build automatic systems that support the monitoring and operation of our services. Collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and technologists, you will design systems to ensure the efficacy and efficiency of our products. - Build automatic monitoring tools for complex, data science-based microservice deployments. - Ensure models detect fraud and money laundering effectively, predict the future accurately, and generate the right economic insights. - Collaborate with Data Scientists to collect data and train models to enhance service accuracy and reduce unnecessary alerts. - Work with Engineers to develop self-healing and resilient microservices, promoting good operational principles. - Engage with technology stacks in the UK and internationally. - Utilize Incident Management processes, automate tasks, and integrate with ticketing systems. - Communicate with internal stakeholders, collaborators, technical, and business functions within clients. Your passion lies in building robust services to solve problems in the financial services sector. You enjoy teamwork, have an interest in data science, and deploying advanced algorithms as product offerings. - Have 1 or more years of experience in software development, data science, devops, or related disciplines. - Comfortable communicating with stakeholders like subject matter experts, data scientists, software engineers, and enterprise devops professionals. - Confident in software development, proficient in Python and Go or willing to learn. - Strong understanding of traditional data warehousing, SQL, and optimizing relational databases. - Experience and interest in contemporary service design approaches including containers, container orchestration, streaming data platforms, APIs, and NoSQL stores. In addition to the job responsibilities, at our company, all employees are expected to adhere to the following corporate security responsibilities: - Abide by security policies and practices. - Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information. - Report any suspected information security violations. - Complete mandatory security trainings as per guidelines.,
