Application Development Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting a customer & agent facing web application used at airports for customer baggage. You will work closely with a team of developers in Chicago, IL for the ongoing development and bug fixing of the application. Your primary role will involve providing support for these systems to react quickly to any issues, analyze problems, report on them, and help with resolutions. Additionally, you will handle basic bug fixes and contribute to issue resolution. Your performance will be evaluated based on the number of issues you resolve and close out. It will be essential for you to gain a deep understanding of the application to promptly address errors during your shift and offer suggestions for optimization and enhancements. You must also be available until 10 am CST daily for Knowledge Transfer sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Support a customer & agent facing web application at airports for customer baggage - Collaborate with a team of developers in Chicago, IL for ongoing development and bug fixing - Provide quick response, analysis, reporting, and assistance for issue resolutions - Handle basic bug fixes and contribute to issue resolution - Gain in-depth knowledge of the application for quick error resolution and optimization suggestions - Be available until 10 am CST daily for Knowledge Transfer sessions Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience as a developer or database administrator - Proficiency in .NET development for troubleshooting and bug fixes - Experience supporting Cloud/AWS applications - Strong SQL background - Familiarity with Dynatrace and JIRA - Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment - Desired: Experience in DevOps/Harness - Desired: Familiarity with Wiz for security scanning & patching - Desired: Any unit testing experience (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
