Application Development Support

As an Application Developer Support Engineer at our company, your role will involve maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting 24x7 mission-critical production systems to ensure high availability and performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring monitored parameters are in order and addressing anomalies by either solving them or escalating as necessary. - Maintaining backups and ensuring completion of scheduled jobs. - Resolving or escalating application-level issues to the engineering team. - Providing insights and feedback to enhance system performance and reliability. - Collaborating with the development team to develop new features and integrations. To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 5 years of experience in application support or a related field. - Strong knowledge of Linux, Linux commands, MySQL structured data, and MongoDB unstructured data. - Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript. - Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Excellent logical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Awareness of cloud technologies is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Additionally, holding a certification in RHEL would be beneficial.,
