You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to enhance business processes and meet application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the development and implementation of new applications- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Development- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and customization- Experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions- Knowledge of Salesforce integration and data migration- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning components Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform- This position is based at our Pune office- A Regular 15-year full-time education is required Qualification Regular 15year full time education
