Your day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions and contribute to key decisions, ensuring seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices- Conduct regular performance evaluations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP Development- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development concepts- Experience in developing applications for HANA platform- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization- Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
