Must have skills : Workday Studio Good to have skills : Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party PayrollMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Mandatory Skill Related certification- Strong understanding of application design principles- Experience in developing and implementing complex applications- Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices- Hands-on experience with Workday tools and technologies Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio- This position is based at our Jaipur office- A Mandatory Skill Related certification is required Qualification 15 years full time education
