You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable software solutions that contribute to the success of our organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality applications that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain high-quality software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and implement efficient and scalable software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with software development methodologies and best practices. - Hands-on experience with Java frameworks and libraries. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
