Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead incident management processes effectively- Implement best practices for incident resolution- Analyze incident trends and recommend preventive actions1. Exp. supporting applications using Kafka and API.2. Monitoring CTRL-M jobs3. Understand concepts of ITIL 4.
