You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the development and implementation of new software applications.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Experience with RESTful web services and API integration.- Hands-on experience with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle.- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
