Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing best practices for application development- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance application development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JBOSS Administration- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles- Knowledge of web application development frameworks like Spring- Experience with RESTful web services and API development Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full-time education is required- Role has permanent Night Shift 9 pm to 6 am IST No flex in location and shift timings Qualification 15 years full time education
