Your day will involve creating innovative solutions to enhance business operations and streamline processes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior team members- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and functionalities- Experience in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
