Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the industry- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical- Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions- Knowledge of SAP Successfactors modules and their integration points- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
