Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : Business Process Management (BPM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : As per the Accenture standards Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Business Process Management (BPM) skills. Your typical day will involve working with the BPM tools, analyzing business processes, and developing solutions to improve process efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using BPM skills. Analyze business processes and develop solutions to improve process efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Business Process Management (BPM). Good To Have Skills:Experience with BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Pega BPM, or Appian. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful BPM solutions.
