Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 Years of Fulltime education Summary :As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Your typical day will involve leading a team of application developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead a team of application developers in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Ensure compliance with project requirements, including quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, and SAP Simple Finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience in leading teams of application developers in delivering complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. This position is based at our Chennai office.
