Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : IBM AS/400 RPG III Good to have skills : .NET Architecture, Java Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Development Consultant, you are required to Analyze, design and develop new process, programs and configurations taking into account the complex inter-relationship of system-wide components. Analyze, design and develop new processes, programs and configuration - Taking into account the complex inter-relationships of system-wide components. Provide system-wide support and maintenance for a complex system or business process. Maintain and modify existing processes, programs and configuration through use of current IT ToolsetsTroubleshoot, investigate and persist. Develop solutions to problems with unknown causes where precedents do not exist, by applying logic and inference with persistence and experience to see the problem through to resolution. Confer with the stakeholder community on problem determination. Make joint analysis decisions on cause and correction methods. Perform tasks (as necessary) to ensure data integrity and system stability. Complete life-cycle testing (unit and integration) of all work processes (including Cross Platform Interaction). Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the team in implementing new technologies Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback for improvement Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Experience in Java and .NET Architecture Good to have skills:Hands on experience on Java, CA Plex, .NET Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM AS/400 RPG III This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
