Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of software solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Java Full Stack Development, .Net Full Stack Development. Strong understanding of functional programming concepts. Experience in building scalable and high-performance applications. Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scala. This position is based at our Mumbai office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
