You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality software applications. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Develop efficient and scalable software applications.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP CRM.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA.- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language.- Experience in developing and implementing SAP CRM solutions.- Knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.- Familiarity with SAP CRM integration with other systems.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP CRM applications.- Solid grasp of software development best practices and methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
