You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and developing software solutions, and testing and debugging applications. You will also provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Test and debug applications to ensure they meet quality standards. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes. - Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and functionalities. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 using X++ and .NET. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems. - Knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate. - Understanding of data migration and data integration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
