You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop and implement software solutions to meet project requirements.- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.- Experience in developing web applications using relevant technologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
