Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, coding and testing applications, and ensuring the successful deployment of software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.- Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business process and application requirements.- Code, test, and debug applications to ensure they function correctly and meet performance standards.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define application architecture and ensure scalability and reliability.- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices. Proficiency in Kronos.- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.- Experience in designing and developing applications using Kronos.- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks.- Good To Have

Skills:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
