Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated technologies to meet business process and application requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
