You will work on developing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient applications.- Develop high-quality software solutions that align with project requirements.- Implement best practices in software development and ensure code quality.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.- Experience in front-end and back-end development using .Net technologies.- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment processes.
