You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of applications to enhance business efficiency and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet specific business needs.- Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and customization.- Experience in Salesforce integration with third-party systems.- Knowledge of Apex programming language and Visualforce pages.- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.- This position is based at our Nagpur office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
