You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and implement software solutions to meet project requirements. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. Experience in developing web applications using relevant technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
