You will be involved in the development and implementation of software solutions to enhance business processes and functionalities. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Develop and implement software solutions based on business requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience with Java programming language. Knowledge of database management systems. Hands-on experience in application integration and deployment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).
