About The Role

Project Role Application Developer

Project Role Description Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

SummaryAs an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Workspace Architect-Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience Certifications MinimumGoogle Professional Workspace Administrator AlternateGoogle Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer 8+ years direct experience working in a technical role (engineering, support, technical consulting) 5+ years in a customer facing role working with enterprise Workspace clients -Experience in deploying or managing Workspace at enterprise scale (10K+ users, multiple regions or geos) -Experience in understanding a complex customers existing end user workloads from IDP to productivity & collaboration solutions to Document Management to integration with backend systems (eg HR and ERP systems) and the ability to define a technical migration roadmap to the Cloud for them. Experience in Identity and Access Management, covering domain, OU, group and user setup and including an understanding of enterprise SSO methods and providers and their integration points to Workspace using both Google (eg GCDS) and third-party (eg Active Directory, Okta) tools -Implementing or managing end user facing enterprise security solutions covering device management, data retention and eDiscovery, data egress prevention, and auditing -Developing performant and scalable integrations between Workspace with other Cloud or SaaS solutions -Customizing or extending Workspace functionality using APIs or scripting (eg Apps Script) -Demonstrated excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills. -Willingness to travel around 30%-40%

Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with application development frameworks.

Strong understanding of cloud-based application deployment.

Familiarity with user interface design principles.

Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Workspace.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
