Must have skills : SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :We are looking for a hands-on and experienced SAP BW/4HANA Team Lead to oversee production support and enhancement activities for our enterprise data warehouse. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP BW/4HANA solutions in a live business environment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP BW/4HANA data modeling, issue resolution, performance tuning, and managing a support team in afternoon shift or business-critical operations. Roles & Responsibilities:Lead a team of BW/4HANA support analysts and developers to provide 24/7 production support coverage.Serve as the point of escalation for critical incidents and system outages.Manage incident lifecycle:ticket triaging, root cause analysis, resolution, and follow-up documentation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP Basis, S/4HANA, HANA DB, Business Intelligence, and business users). Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization techniques.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data models for performance.Monitor data loads, ETL processes, and scheduled jobs (Process Chains, SLT, ODP, etc.).Troubleshoot performance issues in BW Queries, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, and Calculation Views.Analyze failed jobs and data inconsistencies, and implement corrective measures.Provide hands-on support for data modeling, enhancement, and optimization in BW/4HANA.Develop and implement monitoring tools and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to reduce manual interventions.Work on minor enhancements, technical upgrades, and release deployments.Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.Document support procedures, best practices, and knowledge base articles.Good to have :SAP BODS Required Skills :5+ years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA, with Production Support background.Strong hands-on skills in BW/4HANA data modeling and performance troubleshooting.Experience with native HANA models, SLT, ODP extractors, and data provisioning.Proficient in monitoring tools like SAP Solution Manager, BW Monitor, and ST22/SM37/ST03N.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and incident management skills.Experience leading and mentoring a support team and coordinating across time zones.Experience with automation tools like Redwood, Control-M, or similar (a plus).
