Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud. Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements using the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow IT Service Management applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow IT Service Management applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. Experience in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Experience in technical documentation related to ServiceNow IT Service Management applications. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow IT Service Management applications. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. The JOB FAMILY GROUP is Software Engineering.
