Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Operations Management Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to design reviews, and iterate on application features based on user feedback, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application design.- Participate in the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet specified requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with workflow automation and process optimization within ServiceNow.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to enhance application functionality. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
