You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are designed to effectively support the organization's needs and goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and develop applications that meet the defined requirements and align with the organization's standards and best practices. Create technical specifications and documentation for the developed applications. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines. Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application design and development. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft technologies. Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with process automation tools and frameworks. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
