Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead design discussions to ensure solutions meet business needs - Conduct regular reviews to ensure project alignment with objectives - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Planisware - Strong understanding of project management principles - Experience in application design and development - Knowledge of software development lifecycle - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Planisware - This position is based at our Chennai office - A BE/BTECH degree is required
