Must have skills : Atlassian Jira Good to have skills : Atlassian Confluence Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 Years of full time education Summary :As an Application Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level using Atlassian Jira. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, and implementing innovative ideas to improve automation processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of automation processes using Atlassian Jira to improve Delivery Analytics at the client level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement innovative ideas to drive automation processes. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure the quality and integrity of data by implementing data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques. Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools like Atlassian Confluence for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Atlassian Jira. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Atlassian Confluence. Strong understanding of automation processes and techniques. Experience with data analysis and interpretation. Solid grasp of data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Atlassian Jira. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software development, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful automation solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
