Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities for automation, analyzing existing processes, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights that contribute to the overall success of the project. Your role will also include monitoring the performance of automated systems and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and maintain documentation related to automation processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automation tools and frameworks. - Strong understanding of system integration and data flow. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
