Project Role Description :Deliver predictive and intelligent delivery approaches based on automation and analytics. Drive the automation of delivery analytics to gather insights from data.

Summary:As an Application Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering predictive and intelligent delivery approaches that leverage automation and analytics. Your typical day will involve driving the automation of delivery analytics to gather valuable insights from data, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall delivery framework, utilizing your expertise to implement innovative solutions that improve operational performance and drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.- Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify automation opportunities and drive consensus among stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals in automation best practices and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance.- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools.- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
