Job Description

Sutherland Global Services Inc is looking for Applicant - CLM to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.Analysis and Documentation:Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, efficiencies, and integration opportunities within the CLM domain.Solution Design:Work closely with IT teams and solution architects to design and document CLM solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.Data Mapping and Integration:Define data mapping and integration requirements to ensure seamless data flow between CLM systems and other enterprise applications.User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Develop and execute test plans, including UAT, to validate that CLM solutions meet business needs and comply with quality standards.Training and Support:Assist in the development of training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on CLM systems and processes.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in CLM processes, systems, and user experience.Stakeholder Communication:Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and understanding of CLM requirements and solutions.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure CLM solutions adhere to regulatory compliance and risk management standards.Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of CLM business processes, system configurations, and changes.
