As a House Manager at Gera Developments Private Limited (GDPL), you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the residence, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of various tasks related to food and beverages, event management, staff management, and maintenance. Your role will involve working closely with the nutritionist to plan and coordinate the daily food menu, managing stock replenishment and usage, overseeing staff responsibilities, resolving staff issues, hosting events at corporate residences, training house staff on equipment utilization, maintaining appliances and equipment, coordinating repairs when necessary, handling the corporate lunch area, supporting guest relations, and ensuring all household requirements are met efficiently. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate in Hotel Management with a strong knowledge of various cuisines and beverages. Excellent communication skills and experience in end-to-end event management are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you should demonstrate high levels of integrity, personal ethics, attention to detail, self-motivation, and focus to effectively carry out your responsibilities.
